3. Subscription & Payment

• We offer a monthly subscription pricing model.
• A 30-day trial period is available for new users. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Free Trial

The free trial shall last for a period of 30 days only. After the 30-day free trial, the regular price for the selected subscription will be charged.

Customers signing up are not asked to provide the payment details, but the features are locked after the trial period.

CIRCL Technologies Ltd offers an initial free trial which is limited to one per person or company. The free trial allows you to test the product before subscribing.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and any data associated with your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
